Upgrading a Level 1 to a Level 2 Coach Membership.

Upgrade by viewing your profile and click where your Level 1 membership says 'Current'. You will see 'Change Membership Type' at the bottom of the form where you can select the Level 2 Membership and pay the difference of the price.
